I’m Cullen Cheshire. I run the marketing for Cheshire Integrative Medicine in The Villages, one of the most crowded local markets in Florida. Today it holds two of the three map spots for its main search, with paid search turned off. I learned what works there, week after week.
Then I did the same for Martin Septic in Howey-in-the-Hills. Searched from Leesburg, it now shows up first on the map for drain field repair. Every business I look at has the same three problems: a Google listing nobody works, a website that hides the phone number, and leads nobody follows up or counts.
