About this Program

7-0 Marketing is a marketing company. The Medicare and Insurance Practice System is a training program. It explains how Medicare, the VA and insurers pay for acupuncture, how to set up and document that work, and how to market and retain patients within the rules, as we understand those rules on the date each page was last updated.

Not professional advice. Nothing in the Program is legal, billing, coding, tax, accounting or medical advice, and no attorney-client or advisor relationship is created. Where the Program says "attorney" or "your Medicare contractor", consult one before acting. Where it summarizes a rule, the linked primary source is the authority.

Not a guarantee. We do not promise enrollment, credentialing, network acceptance, coverage, payment, patient volume, income, or any result. We have no data showing what buyers of this Program generally earn, and we make no claim about it.

Calculators. The calculators produce estimates from numbers you enter. They do not model every rule (for example the Part B deductible or locality differences). They are for your internal planning only and must not be shown to prospects, used in advertising, or quoted to anyone outside your practice.

No supervising provider. 7-0 does not supply, refer or arrange a supervising physician or practitioner. You contract your own, with your own attorney's review.

Rules change. Medicare coverage, supervision, enrollment, payer, advertising and privacy rules change. We update the Program when we learn of changes, but we cannot promise any page is current on the day you read it.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for every claim, message, ad and agreement in your practice, and for keeping patient information in tools that have signed a Business Associate Agreement.
