Based in Fruitland Park, FL
Marketing and AI for the towns we serve.
We work in person with local businesses within about 50 miles of Fruitland Park, and anywhere in the US by phone. Each town page says what we have found doing this work in that town, and what it means for a business there.
- LeesburgThe biggest city near us, where a business from the next town can hold a Leesburg map spot.
- The VillagesWhere we learned the work: our client Cheshire Integrative Medicine is here.
- Lady LakeOne of the three auto shops on the map had 10 reviews.
- EustisTwo of the three roofers on the Eustis map are based in other towns.
- TavaresThe county seat: professional offices near the courthouse, marine businesses on the lake.
- Mount DoraA downtown gift shop made the top three with 14 reviews.
We also work with businesses in Fruitland Park, Wildwood, Clermont, Bushnell, Ocala, Inverness, Apopka, Sanford, Orlando and Howey-in-the-Hills. Their pages are coming as we run their searches. Until then, the free breakdown runs them for your business.
Town by town
- Leesburg
- About 4 miles from us. A working town of trades, clinics and offices, where most searches come from someone who needs help today. When we searched for a plumber, one of the three on the map was based in Wildwood, which shows that a worked listing beats an address. Dentists on the map had 440 to 810 reviews.
- The Villages
- About 6 miles away, across Lake, Sumter and Marion counties. Residents compare reviews closely and call during the day. Medical and dental offices face a long climb here; many service trades do not. Our client Cheshire Integrative Medicine is here, and it is where every method we use was tested first.
- Lady Lake
- About 4 miles away, right beside The Villages on US 441, so shops here serve two audiences. Salons on the map had 86 to 879 reviews; one of the three auto shops had only 10. For businesses that run on regulars, rebooking and review requests usually come first.
- Eustis
- About 13 miles away, with a waterfront downtown on Lake Eustis. Roofers from other towns hold Eustis map spots, and the restaurant map holds both long-established places and new ones. Trades and restaurants need different plans here.
- Tavares
- About 12 miles away. The county seat, with law firms and professional offices near the courthouse, and marine and seaplane businesses on Lake Dora. Professional offices compete on trust signals; marine businesses on photos and a quick first reply.
- Mount Dora
- About 16 miles away. Antique shops, galleries, restaurants and festival weekends downtown, serving visitors and regulars at once. A gift shop made the top three with 14 reviews, so a complete, active listing goes a long way.

How we check each town
Every town page on this site starts with the same thing: real Google searches, run from that town, for the kinds of businesses that are common there, with the date on them. We write down the three businesses in the unpaid map results, their stars, their review counts and where they are based.
We do it this way because the map is where most local customers decide, and because it is the fastest way to see what it takes to win in a town. Sometimes the answer is a long review habit. Sometimes it is a complete listing and a dozen good reviews. Sometimes a business from the next town is holding the spot.
We refresh the searches every few months and update the date. We never invent a number: if it is on the page, you can run the same search and check it. Results can differ a little by where you stand and what device you use, which is why we note the town and the date every time.

More towns we serve
We also work with businesses in Fruitland Park, our home town, and across the rest of the area within about 50 miles:
- Sumter County: Wildwood, Bushnell, Coleman and Webster.
- South Lake County: Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte and Howey-in-the-Hills, where our client Martin Septic is based.
- East Lake County: Umatilla, Sorrento, Mount Plymouth and Astatula.
- Marion and Citrus counties: Ocala, Belleview, Summerfield and Inverness.
- Orlando area: Apopka, Sanford, Winter Garden and Orlando.
Their pages are coming as we run their searches. Until then, the free breakdown runs the real searches for your business and your town, and tells you who is ahead of you and why.
What we do in every town
The same work in every town, built around what your customers there actually search for.
- Google ranking. Your Business Profile worked every week, reviews answered, Search Console and a page for each town you serve, so you show up where your customers look.
- Websites. Fast on a phone, clear about what you do and where, with tap-to-call and booking where they belong.
- AI systems. A creative engine that writes your posts and makes your ads, review replies in your voice, follow-up on every lead, rebooking texts and a live dashboard of your numbers.
- Ads, social and email. Tested small and measured, kept only when they pay.
In person nearby, by phone everywhere
We are based at 981 Hawk Landing in Fruitland Park, between Leesburg and The Villages. Within about 50 miles, from Ocala to Orlando, we meet you at your business, see how it runs and take real photos of your work. Farther away, we do the same work by phone and video.
Every town page starts with real Google searches run from that town, with the date on them. You see the three businesses on the map, their stars and reviews, and where they are based. That is the same first step as your free breakdown, run for your business.
We have done this work for Martin Septic in Howey-in-the-Hills, which shows up first on the map when people search for drain field repair from Leesburg, and for Cheshire Integrative Medicine in The Villages.
Questions about where we work
- Do you only work in Lake County?
- No. We meet in person within about 50 miles of Fruitland Park, which covers Lake, Sumter and parts of Marion, Orange and Seminole counties, and we work by phone anywhere in the US.
- My town is not listed. Can you still help?
- Yes. The free breakdown runs the real searches for your business and your town, whether or not it has a page here yet.
- Do you build AI for businesses in every town?
- Yes. Review replies, follow-up, rebooking texts, posts and a live dashboard work for any local business. We build what fits how yours runs.
- How much does it cost?
- Plans start from $500 a month. The breakdown is free, in writing within 48 hours, and yours to keep.
- Do you work with businesses that serve more than one town?
- Most of our clients do. Your listing names the areas you really serve, and your website gets a page for each town, written for that town.
- How often do you refresh the town searches?
- Every few months, and the date on each page shows when they were run. Results change, so we never present an old search as current.
- Can you build a page for my town on my own website?
- Yes. That is part of the website work: a real page for each town you serve, with your work there, not a copy of the same page with the name swapped.
- Why are you based in Fruitland Park?
- It is home. Fruitland Park sits between Leesburg, Lady Lake and The Villages, so most of the towns we serve are a short drive away, and we can meet you in person instead of on a screen.
- Is a business in a small town worth the work?
- Often more than in a big one. In smaller towns the map can be won with a complete, active listing and steady reviews, and fewer businesses are doing that work every week.
- What if my competitors are bigger than me?
- Size is not what the map ranks. It ranks how well your listing matches the search, how close you are and how trusted you look. A small business that works its listing every week can hold its own.
- Do you come to my business?
- Within about 50 miles of Fruitland Park, yes. We see how it runs and take real photos of your work. Farther away, we work by phone and video.
