This Privacy Policy explains how 7-0 Marketing USA LLC (“7-0 Marketing,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit 7-0marketing.com or engage our services.
We take your privacy seriously, and this Privacy Policy is written to be read by real people, not just lawyers. 7-0 Marketing provides marketing services for local businesses, a free competitive breakdown, consultations, and a course for licensed acupuncturists and functional and integrative medicine practices, which means the information we handle is usually basic business contact details and what is needed to deliver the course and respond to you. We are not in the business of selling your information, and we never will be. This Privacy Policy applies whenever you interact with us, whether you run the free evaluation, request a free competitive breakdown, book a strategy call, submit a form, send us an email, or simply browse the website. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the site or submit information to us.
Throughout this Privacy Policy, “information” means both personal information you provide directly, such as your name and phone number, and technical information collected automatically as you use the site, such as your device type and the pages you view. We only collect what we actually need to respond to you, deliver our services, and improve how the website performs. Where the law gives you rights over your information, we honor them, and the sections below explain in plain language what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have at every step.
01 Information We Collect
Information you provide. Your name, email, phone number, business name, website, and details about your business, website, Google listing, advertising, practice, credentials or payers when you submit a form, request the free breakdown, ask for your result in writing, buy the course, book a call, or contact us. The free evaluation on the qualify page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us unless you choose to continue to the result form.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view, your referring source, and your interactions with the site, gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
02 Cookies & Tracking
We group the cookies and similar technologies on this site into three categories. Advertising tracking is off.
Strictly necessary. First-party scripts that render the pages and run the mobile menu. The contact page loads the Calendly scheduler, which sets its own cookies so the booking calendar can work. Fonts load from Google Fonts and set no cookies. These are always active because the site needs them to function.
Analytics. No analytics tools are active on this site at this time.
Advertising. No advertising or prospect-tracking scripts are active on this site at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated and the tracking will stay off unless you opt in.
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal: if your browser sends it, we treat you as opted out of advertising and the sale or sharing of your personal information. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
03 How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries; prepare and deliver the free breakdown; deliver and improve our marketing services, the course and our consultations; send proposals and marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time); analyze site usage; process payments; and comply with the law.
In practice, that means when you request the free breakdown, ask for your evaluation result in writing or book a call, we use the details you provide to prepare for that conversation and follow up with you about your practice. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. If you become a client, we use your information to set up, run, and report on your campaigns, and to handle billing and support. We only ever process information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
04 How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers as needed to run our business, including Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google (form storage) and our email tools. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text Messages and Phone Calls
If you request a demo call or agree to receive texts, we collect your name, your phone number, your business website, the consent you gave, and the date and time you gave it. We use your number to send you a one-time verification code, to place the single demo call you asked for, and, only if you checked the separate optional box, to send you occasional texts about 7-0 Marketing’s services (up to 4 a month).
We never sell, rent or share your phone number or your text-messaging consent with anyone for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our calls and texts (Twilio), and only to deliver them. Consent to texts is never a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (352) 461-1924 or email 7-0marketingteam@7-0marketing.com to stop calls and texts. Demo calls use an AI voice and say so when they begin. 7-0 Marketing does not record them; we keep only a short summary of the topics asked, so we can send you the report.
05 Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
06 Your Rights & Choices
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state regulations, including the right to know what information we hold, the right to request its deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make any of these requests, simply contact us using the details at the bottom of this Privacy Policy, and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires. We will never charge you for exercising a privacy right, and we will not penalize you in any way for asking.
07 Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
08 Children’s Privacy
Our site and services are intended for those 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
09 Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party sites we link to.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
