Refund Policy
Medicare and Insurance Practice System for Licensed Acupuncturists. 7-0 Marketing, Florida.
Refund Policy
Completion-based, outcome-tied, no income promise
Our refund promise
Finish the Program and do the work. If it does not get you to your first Medicare claim, we refund you in full.
Here is exactly what that means:
- You complete all eight modules and attend all four check-in meetings within [6] months of purchase.
- You meet Medicare's education and licensure requirements for acupuncturists (Module 0 tells you how to check), and you are in a state where you can contract a supervising provider licensed there.
- You do the steps the Program sets out: sign an attorney-reviewed agreement with a supervising provider, complete enrollment, and screen and see patients under it.
- If, 90 days after you finish the fourth meeting, you have not been able to submit your first Medicare acupuncture claim, email us with your completed checklists and we refund the full $1,500 within 10 business days.
What this is not: it is not a promise about how much you will earn, how many patients you will see, or that any claim will be paid. Those depend on your patients, your payers and your documentation, and we do not control them.
Members who do not meet Medicare's acupuncturist requirements can still use Modules 6 to 8 (insurance, VA, marketing, retention). For them the refund promise is: complete those modules and the meetings within [6] months and, if you have not been able to submit an application to at least one insurer or the VA network by then, we refund in full.
Change of mind: [no refund once the materials have been opened / a 7-day window from purchase if fewer than two modules have been opened: Cullen to choose, attorney to confirm].
Rules that apply
- No federal cooling-off right applies to online or phone sales, so the policy you publish is the one that governs. Publish it clearly.
- Florida's retail refund-sign statute (501.142) is written for stores and merchandise; no source applies it online. Publish the policy anyway.
- Refunds cannot be conditioned on a positive review or testimonial (FTC rule; the Publishing.com case fined that practice).
- Honor refund requests promptly and in writing.
