Terms of Purchase
Medicare and Insurance Practice System for Licensed Acupuncturists. 7-0 Marketing, Florida.
Terms of Purchase
7-0 Marketing: Medicare and Insurance Practice System for Licensed Acupuncturists Terms of Purchase Effective: [date]
1. Who we are
[7-0 Marketing USA LLC / 7-0 Marketing LLC: confirm the registered name], a Florida limited liability company ("7-0", "we"). Contact: 7-0marketingteam@7-0marketing.com, (352) 461-1924, [mailing address].
2. What you are buying
A written training program delivered on a members-only website: eight modules, nine calculators, templates and trackers, and four 30-minute check-in meetings by video or phone (the "Program"). No video lessons. No software beyond the members site. No done-for-you services. Access for [12 months / lifetime of the Program] from purchase.
3. Price and payment
US $1,500, one time, plus any applicable tax. [If a payment plan is offered: a fixed number of [N] installments of $[X], each charged on [schedule]. The plan is not a subscription and does not renew.] Access opens when payment [clears / the first installment clears]. Missed installments: access pauses until paid; the balance remains due.
4. Who may buy
Licensed acupuncturists and their practices in the United States. The Medicare modules apply only to acupuncturists who meet Medicare's education and licensure requirements; the Program tells you how to check. You confirm you are buying for a business purpose.
5. What the Program is not
- Not legal, billing, coding, tax, accounting or medical advice. 7-0 is a marketing company. Nothing in the Program creates an attorney-client, consultant or advisor relationship.
- Not a supervising provider. The Program teaches you how to find and contract your own. 7-0 does not supply, refer or arrange one.
- Not a guarantee of enrollment, credentialing, network acceptance, coverage, payment, patient volume, income or any result. Whether you get paid depends on your qualifications, your supervising provider, your payers, your patients, your documentation, and rules that change.
- Not a substitute for your own attorney. The Program tells you where an attorney or your Medicare contractor must be consulted. You agree to do that before acting on those items.
6. Earnings and results
We make no earnings claims. The calculators in the Program run on numbers you enter. Their outputs are your estimates, not our projections. Any member story we publish is that member's experience with their consent and is not typical or representative of what buyers generally achieve; we have no data that it is.
7. Check-in meetings
Four 30-minute meetings, scheduled by you within [12 months] of purchase, at the points the Program describes. Meetings are coaching on your process. Missed meetings without 24 hours' notice count as used. Unused meetings expire with your access.
8. Refunds
See the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. [Insert the version chosen after attorney review.]
9. License to the materials
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials inside your own practice(s) that you own. You may not resell, share your login, publish, or use the materials to build a competing product. Templates you fill in for your own patients are yours to use in your practice. Our text, structure and calculators remain ours. CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association; code descriptions in the Program are plain-word summaries, not official descriptors.
10. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for every claim you submit, every message you send to a patient, every ad you run, and every agreement you sign. You will keep patient information out of tools that have not signed a Business Associate Agreement. You will verify current rules with the primary sources listed in the Program before acting.
11. Rules change
Medicare, VA, payer, advertising and privacy rules change. We update the Program when we learn of changes, but we do not promise the materials are current on any given day. The source links in each module are the authority, not our summary.
12. Disclaimers and limits
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7-0 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 7-0'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT. 7-0 IS NOT LIABLE FOR DENIED CLAIMS, RECOUPMENTS, PENALTIES, LOST INCOME OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. [Attorney: confirm enforceability under Florida law and FDUTPA.]
13. Privacy
Your account information is handled under our Privacy Policy [link]. Do not upload patient information to the members site. The calculators and trackers on the site [do not store data / store only what you enter, under these terms: attorney to confirm and match the build].
14. Termination
We may end your access for sharing logins, reselling, or abusive conduct, without refund. You may stop using the Program at any time; the Refund Policy governs money back.
15. Governing law and disputes
Florida law. [Venue: county] Florida courts, or [arbitration: attorney to decide; the current client contract uses AAA arbitration]. Each side bears its own fees unless a statute provides otherwise.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The Terms in force when you bought apply to your purchase.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, the Refund Policy, the Disclaimers page and the Notices page are the whole agreement. Nothing said on a sales call adds to or changes them. [Attorney: confirm this clause is consistent with what the sales team is permitted to say; see sales-team-rules.md.]
